Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "Player," "User") and phrich ("phrich," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phrich.net and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By completing the phrich account registration process, clicking the confirmation checkbox during sign-up, or by continuing to use the phrich platform after these Terms have been amended and notified to you, you irrevocably confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• Are at least 21 years of age;
• Are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your place of residence;
• Are not registering on behalf of any third party;
• Agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any supplementary policies referenced herein, including but not limited to the phrich Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms are supplemented by any game-specific rules, bonus terms, promotional conditions, and contest rules published on the phrich platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary document expressly states otherwise.

Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 Minimum Age

The phrich platform is exclusively available to individuals who have attained the minimum legal gambling age of 21 years as prescribed by Philippine law and PAGCOR's regulatory framework. It is a strict condition of membership that all players meet this minimum age requirement at the time of registration and at all times during which their account remains active.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The phrich platform is operated under a PAGCOR licence and is primarily intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using the phrich platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. phrich makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

2.3 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to hold a phrich account or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the platform:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• PAGCOR-registered self-excluded individuals;
• Employees and contractors of phrich, its parent company, subsidiaries, and affiliated entities, and their immediate family members;
• Persons who are knowingly allowed to participate in gambling as part of a phrich investigation;
• Any person located in or resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Registration Requirements

To participate in real-money gaming activities on the phrich platform, you must complete the full account registration process, which includes providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, and residential address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account suspension.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR's licensing requirements and Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended, phrich is required to verify the identity of all members prior to permitting deposits, real-money gameplay, and withdrawals. KYC verification requires the submission of:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, LTO Driver's Licence, SSS UMID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID);
• A current selfie photograph of the account holder holding the submitted ID;
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within 90 days) may be requested for enhanced verification.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one phrich account. Registering or operating multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms. phrich reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bonuses and winnings, and retain any remaining balance to cover administrative costs and any damages resulting from the breach.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your phrich account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs issued for two-factor authentication. phrich will never ask you for your password, OTP code, or GCash PIN via email, SMS, or chat. Any message requesting such information is fraudulent and should be reported to phrich support immediately.

You agree to:

• Use a strong and unique password that is not shared with any other online service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your phrich account;
• Log out of your account after each session on any shared or public device;
• Notify phrich immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access or suspected compromise of your account credentials;
• Not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

phrich shall not be liable for any losses, whether financial or otherwise, resulting from unauthorized account access caused by the player's failure to protect their credentials in accordance with these Terms. phrich's liability is limited to losses that are directly and demonstrably caused by a security failure on phrich's own systems.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

phrich accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online, Metrobank, UnionBank InstaPay, and other payment channels listed in the cashier at the time of your deposit. All transactions on the phrich platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Deposits are typically credited to your phrich account balance instantly or within 5 minutes depending on the payment channel.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified payment method associated with your phrich account. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment account that matches the identity of the verified phrich account holder — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. For fully KYC-verified accounts, GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between 1 and 3 banking hours. phrich reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request.

5.3 Currency

All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are displayed and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). phrich does not apply currency conversion fees on PHP transactions. Any currency conversion fees that may apply to transactions initiated through third-party payment providers are the sole responsibility of the account holder.

5.4 Refused or Delayed Transactions

phrich reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable cause to suspect fraud, money laundering, a breach of these Terms, or activity that may violate PAGCOR's regulatory requirements. In such cases, phrich will notify the affected account holder and may request additional supporting documentation before the transaction is processed or released.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and promotional credits offered by phrich are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published on the phrich Promotions page at the time the offer is made. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by both these general Terms and the specific terms applicable to that bonus.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded by phrich are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific bonus terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the bonus terms. Failure to complete wagering within the validity period will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible phrich members as specified in each promotion's terms. phrich reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus if it determines, at its sole discretion, that:

• The player has provided false information during registration or KYC;
• The player has abused the bonus system or engaged in bonus hunting;
• The player has used two or more accounts to claim the same bonus;
• The player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The bonus was claimed due to a technical error or platform malfunction.

Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines, bingo rooms, and sports betting markets available on the phrich platform are operated in accordance with published house rules and applicable PAGCOR regulations. The outcomes of RNG-based games are determined by certified random number generator software that has been independently tested and certified by a third-party auditing laboratory.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Gambling involves an inherent risk of financial loss and there is no strategy that guarantees a profit;
• All game outcomes are final once confirmed by the phrich system;
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, phrich's decision on the outcome and any associated winnings is final;
• phrich reserves the right to void any bet or game round that is affected by a system error, data corruption, or third-party provider failure;
• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) figures are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome during any individual game session.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the phrich platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform without human input;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the phrich platform;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer poker or baccarat;
• Using a Virtual Private Network (VPN) or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Opening or operating accounts on behalf of another person without their full knowledge and written consent;
• Engaging in chargebacks through your payment provider after depositing funds to your phrich account;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing phrich staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.

Responsible Gaming

phrich is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices as required under its PAGCOR operating conditions. phrich provides the following tools to all account holders at no charge, accessible at any time from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit to your phrich account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a specified time period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, with reminder alerts at intervals of your choosing.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from all phrich gaming services.

Requests to decrease existing limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits or remove self-exclusion are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect, as required by PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines.

Intellectual Property

All content on the phrich platform — including but not limited to the phrich brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game content, software, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of phrich or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phrich platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. You are expressly prohibited from: reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works of, publicly displaying, or commercially exploiting any phrich content without prior written authorization from phrich.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phrich's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or related to use of the phrich platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their phrich account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phrich shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the phrich platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

phrich makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously or free from interruptions, errors, or security vulnerabilities. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. phrich will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify players in advance of scheduled downtime.

Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your phrich account at any time by contacting phrich support via live chat or email. Before processing an account closure request, phrich may require you to complete any pending KYC obligations and will process any outstanding withdrawal requests to your verified payment method in accordance with standard processing timelines.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by phrich

phrich reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without notice, if phrich has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has:

• Breached any provision of these Terms;
• Provided false information during registration or KYC;
• Engaged in fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited conduct;
• Chargedback a deposit made to their phrich account;
• Attempted to abuse phrich's bonus or promotions systems;
• Failed to complete mandatory KYC verification within the required timeframe.

In the event of termination for cause, phrich reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where criminal conduct is suspected, phrich will cooperate fully with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable regulations issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, phrich encourages players to contact phrich support to attempt an informal resolution. For disputes that cannot be resolved informally, players may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR's Player Dispute Resolution mechanism in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures.

Amendments to These Terms

phrich reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in Philippine gaming law or PAGCOR regulations, changes to platform features or payment methods, corrections to factual inaccuracies, or improvements to clarity and readability.

Where material amendments are made to these Terms, phrich will provide notice to active account holders via the registered email address associated with their account, a platform notification upon login, or both, at least 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect. Your continued use of the phrich platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
